Carole Presson founded Law Enforcement Testing and Assessment, LLC (LETA) in 2020. As a 24-year veteran of the law enforcement community in Southern Illinois, she recognized the value of a local police testing resource. Her knowledge of policing and corrections in the Midwest allows her to offer specialized support throughout the region.

LETA’s team offers a full-service testing option that is focused entirely on law enforcement. Headquartered in Highland, Illinois, they are able to meet personally with agencies across the region to discuss their needs and proctor exams.
